Jeffers Basic Canvas Horse Turnout Blanket is water-resistant and has a heavy-duty shell with warm felt lining. This economy horse blanket features a green & tan, navy & white, or brown & white checkered print.

Please Note: The Jeffers Basic Canvas Horse Blanket is a great economy blanket for horses that are not as rough on their blankets. The canvas horse blanket is water resistant and designed to repel water but is not waterproof. All canvas horse blankets are designed with limited seams to protect the integrity of the blanket and its ability to repel water. For example, the bottom edge of the felt liner is not sewn into the blanket to help keep the blanket water resistant.

Cost effective

This is not a fancy blanket.
I have horses and mules that are tough on blankets and are turned out in pastures. So far I am happy to have a blanket that lasts a season. Since the price is so reasonable, I keep at least three on hand as back ups. They d

Poor quality

These are poor quality, the front of the blanket were too short to close, the front straps tore loose. The felt liner was short was not attached, rolled inside of the blanket. They did not fit our quarter horses correctly.

Great blanket

Fits our mare nicely, nice and warm but still a nice light blanket , seems to be very durable too . So far so good !
