These reins were much nicer than expected! Good quality but very dry and stiff. I oiled them before I used them and that made a difference. Oiled them again a few weeks later and really worked the leather and they are getting pretty soft. Great trail rei

Bought this set of reins with the expectation of good quality, and I was surprised at how thick the leather is and the craftsmanship of these reins. A nice little afterthought on these is the little leather stopper that is included, to choke the reins.

Beautiful harness leather and very well made, as is all of Berlin Custom Leather's tack. Exceptional value for the money and matches their other harness leather pieces -- headstalls and curb straps. Just look for the BCL in the item number. Amish made.
