Stays cold for 1 hour

I've been using these on my knee after a complete tear of my ACL. They stay cold for an hour, as advertised. But that's after being frozen overnight in the -20C freezer. Very easy to use.

Disappointed

This stays cold for about 10 minutes. I am very disappointed. Very expensive for what it is.
