Delivery time

Maybe out of your control, but delivery time seemed unusually long.

Hi Keith - thank you for your feedback. As soon as your veterinarian approves the prescription we fulfill the order. Sometimes there can be delays waiting for the vet approval. A existing prescription with refills on our file makes the follow-up orders much faster as we don't have to get your vet's approval again.
